How quotes, proofs and payment work
Ask and compare
Say what you need, how many and by when. Printers reply with their total price and ready-by date. You pick the quote you like. You only commit when you accept one.
Approve a preview
Before production you see a preview of your print and approve it. If you change your artwork after approving, a new preview is needed.
Pay
You pay by bank transfer to Printmyshirt using the reference on your order. Our team confirms the payment and the order goes into production. Each quote states its payment terms, which can be a deposit or payment after approval.
Receive, or report a problem
Follow your order and accept it when it arrives. If something is wrong, report it from your order and add photos. Our team reviews the case and decides the remedy, which can include a reprint.
